Bee Sting Cake

This cake takes about 1 1/2 hours total hands-on time, 40 minutes to bake and a few hours to chill the pastry cream and cool the cake. You may also make the cake and/or the filling the day before assembling, if you like.

  • 350 grams flour. 100gram butter 2eggs. 1Vanilla pudding 1t vanilla 1pack. 100grams almond
  • Preparation Mix the eggs with  sugar, flour and baking powder. The flaked almonds in a frying pan with a little butter, a little roast. Pour the mixture into a Spring-form pan and spread the almonds on it. At 175 degrees bake for about 20 minutes.Ingredients pastry
